Join our Tantrik 5-night community retreat and experience the power of kula! We will immerse in traditional practices designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. Spend time in the peaceful Portuguese countryside with us!

With the support of like-minded individuals, you’ll deepen your meditation practice, discover new insights, and experience greater clarity. We are often told by participants that the time spent in community leaves them feeling more connected to themselves and others. Join us and be inspired!
What is a Community Retreat?
A community (or kula) retreat is an intimate gathering of no more than 10 individuals for spiritual rejuvenation and growth. Participants engage in a structured daily program of either a retreat recording, or selfless service, meditation, asana, kirtan, and other activities in a relaxed, informal setting. The retreat is curated by the Tantra Illuminated Portugal staff. Hareesh may be present for some sessions but his involvement is not guaranteed.
Community Retreats are replacing our Kula Living program for 2023. If you’d like to stay with us longer, you can perform short term seva stays after attending a Community Retreat.

Our Beautiful Venue
Situated halfway between Lisboa and Porto, the Tantra Illuminated Retreat Center is nestled in the rolling hills of Figueiró Dos Vinhos.
Surrounded by citrus orchards, vineyards and olive groves, the center is a quiet haven for practice, contemplation, and relaxation.
The center is easily accessible via bus, train or taxi with transportation costs to the center ranging from €50 – €250.
