Responsive Retreat

Embark on a journey of self-discovery with our transformative retreat.

This retreat will take place at The Vedanta, nestled amongst 75 acres of woodlands, meadows and lakes in the English countryside.

Our responsive retreats adapt to the energy and needs of the group as the retreat unfolds, ensuring a personalized experience that emphasizes connection with both yourself and the kula. At the core of the retreat are the teachings of non-dual Shaiva Tantra, crafted to deepen your exploration, understanding and realization of awakening.

While each day in a responsive retreat is unique, throughout the retreat, we will delve into a rich variety of topics from the Tantric philosophies, and engage in energy body practices that cultivate greater awareness and a deeper intimacy with reality. We will also explore the practice of mantra and potentially dive into some textual study, allowing these profound teachings to illuminate and deepen our practice. There will also be embodiment and somatic awareness sessions to help integrate your experiences.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to connect with our kula, and foster meaningful relationships allowing you to build a supportive network for your ongoing journey.

Join us in the serene beauty of the Vedanta, Lincoln, UK as we embark on this enriching exploration together, nurturing our understanding of the sacred traditions and practices of Classical Tantra.

Your booking includes retreat tuition, accommodation and delicious vegetarian meals.

Our retreats are phone free but we provide you with an emergency contact number to share with your loved ones.

I have come away with the utmost respect for the tradition, the lineage, and for the way it was imparted. Hareesh embodied and transmitted the teachings and practices in a deeply authentic way. As a result I felt deeply safe and supported in my own experiences. In addition the support team were all there for all of us. And I have to say that the post-retreat support has been impressive. The venue? Amazing!! It has been a seminal week for me.

Lots of attention to detail and genuine care in making sure that each individual participant had the best possible experience. I felt very supported by Hareesh and his supporting staff. The teachings were rich and incredibly generous. I experienced very positive shifts that directly benefit my spiritual journey and day to day human life. Very grateful.
